Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Operations Assistant specializing in global supply chain management. In this vital role, you'll support daily operations within our manufacturing and distribution processes, ensuring veterinarians around the world have consistent access to our industry-leading products. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about efficient supply chains, we’d love you to join our mission-critical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate global logistics operations, including shipping schedules, inventory management, and international distribution.

• Assist with tracking and managing supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

• Ensure timely communication with global suppliers and distribution partners to maintain smooth operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages and disruptions.

• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including maintaining accurate records and preparing operational reports.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality control, and sales departments to align supply chain activities with company goals.

• Proactively identify and address potential supply chain issues or delays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support (experience with global supply chains is a plus).

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
