Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Manager specializing in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) production. Your role is essential to maintaining our uncompromising standards of excellence, ensuring every product meets stringent quality and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, and international regulatory standards.

• Lead quality control operations, including raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, finished product testing, and documentation.

• Implement and optimize quality assurance procedures to guarantee consistency and product reliability.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections, proactively addressing potential quality risks.

• Collaborate closely with the manufacturing, regulatory, and R&D teams to streamline production processes.

• Lead the investigation, resolution, and documentation of any quality deviations or customer complaints.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior quality assurance and production staff, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 5-7 years of quality control experience in GMP-regulated environments, ideally within pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or veterinary products.

• Extensive knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and international quality systems.

• Demonstrated experience leading successful regulatory audits and inspections.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
